A definingÌýcomponentÌýof the application is theÌýImpact Teacher Essay, aÌýrequiredÌý300–500-wordÌýreflection in which students share the story of a teacher or professor who made the most significant difference in their lives.Ìý
The Impact Scholarship goes beyond financial support by formally recognizing theÌýteacher forÌýeachÌýscholarship recipientÌýidentifiesÌýin their essay.Ìý
Each year, scholarship recipients andÌýhonoredÌýeducatorsÌýare invited to a special luncheonÌýhosted by the ÌÇÐÄÖ±²¥ Foundation. This event brings together students, educators, andÌýÌÇÐÄÖ±²¥Ìýleadership to celebrate the powerful role teachers play in shaping lives. The luncheon serves as a public expression of gratitude and a reminder of the enduring impact of mentorship in education.Ìý
Students who meet the eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply and share the story of an educator who made a lasting difference in their lives.ÌýApplications are due by May 1, 2026.Ìý
